Main features of XY-44A hydraulic crawler water well drilling rig:
1. It has many rotation speed levels (8 levels) and reasonable rotation speed range. The low-speed torque is large (up to 3200 N · m). It is not only suitable for drilling with alloy and diamond cores, but also for engineering geological investigation, hydrological well drilling and foundation pile construction.
2. The vertical shaft through-hole has a large diameter (93mm in diameter), double shaft cylinder hydraulic feed, long stroke (up to 600mm), and strong process adaptability. It is especially suitable for large diameter drill pipe rope coring (upper coring) drilling, which is conducive to improving drilling efficiency and reducing accidents in the hole.
3. The drilling capacity is large, and the rated drilling depth of 71mm diameter wireline coring drill pipe can reach 1000m.
4. Light weight, good dismountability, the net weight of the drilling rig is 2300kg, and the main engine can be disassembled into 10 parts (the weight of large dismountable parts is 300kg), which is convenient and suitable for working in mountainous areas.
5. The hydraulic chuck adopts one-way oil supply, with large clamping force and stable clamping.
