A brief discussion on the processing technology and advantages of all kinds of drill pipe

There are many kinds of drilling pipe, from the appearance and use of slightly different, there are geological drilling pipe, grooving drilling pipe, three-edge drilling pipe, auger drilling pipe and so on. Many customers do not know the difference and use effect of each drill pipe when they buy it. Simple sorting out the differences of the following drill pipe, I hope to help you!

Geological drill pipe: the rod body is conditioned first, and the rod head is milling into a flat square in the machining machine, and a male and female joint is welded by friction welding, and the weld is heat treated to remove the internal and external flabby edges formed by friction welding, and the vehicle and drill remove the internal and external flabby edges, and then the assembly is oiled.

Grooving drill pipe: Spiral grooves are formed on the body of geological flat drill pipe by turning process. The raw drill pipe body provides a spiral thrust to drill and drain.

Three-edge drill pipe: the end of the three-edge drill pipe is forged into a circular shape and then welded by friction. Compared with similar products, it greatly improves the mechanical properties of the product and the ability to adapt to complex geological conditions for deep-hole drilling.

Auger drill pipe: On the basis of the torque performance of the geological drill pipe, the single spiral blade or double spiral blade is processed and welded by the prestressed winding process. The drill pipe body is made of high quality geological alloy steel pipe, and the drill pipe joint is made of high quality alloy structural steel. The fatigue strength and shear strength are greatly improved by real air conditioning quality treatment.

Pier drill pipe: After the special pier pipe equipment high pressure molding, pier part of the conditioning and heat preservation treatment, using the cyclone milling process to make the drill pipe thread molding.
