Do you know the correct operation method of diamond drill bit drilling?

Diamond composite bit is the most commonly used bit in drilling construction. For hard formations, sometimes only diamond bit can be used to drill. Do you know the correct operation method of diamond drill bit drilling?

(1) Master the "five do not sweep", that is, do not use diamond drill to sweep holes, sweep residual core, sweep off core, sweep off blocks, sweep probe rock;

(2) Master the "three requirements", that is, the drilling must be picked up when there is resistance and light turn is ineffective, the core is blocked and the drilling rate plummets;

(3) In the process of drilling, if the bit is found to "slip", it is not allowed to blindly press forced drilling or instantaneous dry drilling, and the drill should be pulled immediately;

(4) Decompression drilling, the use of steel wire rope to straighten the drill string and then reverse the rod. After that, the oil cylinder will lift the drill from the bottom of the hole a little, and then start, to prevent the drill under heavy load, sudden rotation and damage;

(5) Before drilling, the spare ruler of the machine should be equipped. In the process of drilling again, it is not allowed to lift the drill tool away from the bottom of the hole to lengthen the drill pipe;

(6) In complex strata, lifting drill tools should not be too fast, and at any time to pump washing fluid into the hole, to prevent the "swabbing" effect caused by hole collapse;

(7) After the new drill bit is empty, it must be "first ground". The purpose is to: understand the adaptability of the drill bit; Make the lip surface run in with the bottom of the hole; Remove the false size and Angle of the bit; The method is: start with light pressure (about 1/3 of the normal pressure), slow rotation (about 100r/minz), footage 0.2-0.3m, gradually increase to the normal speed. The first time should not be too long, timely lifting drill to observe the bit wear pattern;
