1. During normal operation, it is strictly prohibited to suddenly reverse and change the running direction to prevent the composite bit from falling off.
2. During normal operation, there shall be no air leakage in the main air path of the air compressor, and sufficient air volume and pressure shall be ensured to prolong the service time of the pdc bit.
3. When the new pdc bit is used, it should be run in at a low speed for half an hour, and then gradually used normally.
4. When operating in the harsh geological environment, the axial pressure and rotating speed should be reduced to prevent the bit from breaking.
5. During normal drilling operation, if the drill bit must be replaced midway, it is necessary to strictly check whether there are sundries in the hole, and ensure that the hole is clean before using a new pdc bit.
6. In order to ensure the normal and stable operation of the drill bit, the stabilizer shall be replaced regularly.
7. When using a pdc bit , pay attention to the cleaning of the drilling part to prevent the impurities from affecting the normal use.
8. Before using the drill bit, carefully check whether the screw thread and teeth are in good condition, and gently push with your hand to see if there is no problem. Ensure that there is no dust inside, the air outlet is unobstructed, and the screw thread is lubricated. The drill bit can be used only after it is connected by lifting and rotating.
9. It is strictly prohibited to use bent drill pipe to avoid the damage of the drill bit due to uneven stress, which will affect the normal service time.
10. Select different drill bits and operation methods according to different situations.
11. Before running the pdc bit into the well, carefully check all parts to ensure that the bit is free of problems before starting to use.
12. The pdc bit shall be properly stored to prevent dust and other debris from entering the bit and affecting its normal use and life.
13. The drill bit shall be packed in a special packing box to avoid vibration and mutual collision.
14. When in use, the drill bit taken out of the packing box shall be immediately installed into the spring chuck of the spindle or the tool magazine for automatic drill bit replacement. Put it back into the packing box immediately after use.
