4. After running in, the bit shall be more than 2-3 meters away from the bottom of the well (generally a single piece shall be lifted up) and the pump shall be started. When starting the pump, the diesel engine speed shall be 800-900 rpm. The pump pressure at the edge of the riser is raised to 5MPA, and then the pump is removed. The pump is opened several times after it is lowered. After the drilling fluid returns from the wellhead, the pump is opened for continuous operation. Adjust the diesel engine speed to 1150-1200 rpm when drilling. After the pump pressure is stabilized, the bit shall be lowered slowly to the bottom of the well, gently pressed and slowly rotated to contact the formation stably, the roller bit shall run in for 30 minutes, the PDC bit shall be drilled 0.3m at the bottom of the well, and then drilled normally according to the design drilling parameters.
