1. Replace the valve plate and valve seat: remove the valve cavity pressure, remove the valve cover bolts, and take out the valve plate and the upper part of the valve cover together. Remove the slotted round nut, switch pin, hexagon screw, front and rear stop caps, and then replace the barrel valve plate and replace the valve seat. When cleaning the valve cavity, special care should be taken at the sealing surface. To replace the new valve plate and valve seat, the gap between the valve plate and the valve cover boss should be filled with sealing grease, and the inside of the upper cover should be filled with calcium-based lubricating oil to lubricate the bearings.
2. Replacing the lip seal packing: first remove the valve cavity pressure, then remove the guard, round nut, handwheel, bearing gland, bearing, packing gland, and then replace the lip seal packing.
3. Replacing the bearing: remove the shield, round nut, hand wheel, bearing gland, and then replace the bearing. If you want to replace the lower bearing, you need to remove the valve stem nut. The bearing clearance is adjusted by the bearing cover. After the adjustment, the rotating handwheel should move flexibly without jamming.
