Burning drilling is one of the most common accidents in drilling diamond PDC composite bit. The following preventive measures should be strictly taken:
The pump should work normally, the pump pressure gauge should be sensitive, and there should be special person responsible for observation.
(1)Keep the drill string well sealed. Cobalt rod joint to lingering yarn, pad nylon ring or coated with silk buckle oil, to prevent the leakage of washing liquid halfway.
(2)The drill water to meet the requirements, double pipe water to smooth.
(3)The water level of the water tank should be lifted.
(4)When it is found that the pump pressure suddenly increases, the ammeter current suddenly increases, the diesel engine exhausts the smoke, the abnormal sound in the hole and the hole suddenly does not return the water, it is strictly prohibited to turn off the car, and the drilling tool should be moved up and down quickly. After the hidden danger is removed, the drill lifting inspection should be carried out immediately to find out the cause of the drilling burning, and the corresponding technical measures should be taken.
Other operating technical requirements
(1) Special tools should be used to screw off the drill bit, and the position of screw off should be correct to prevent the drill head tire body or rigid body from being clamped flat and cracked.
(2) After each drilling lift, it is necessary to check the bit wear condition and observe the lithology change, so as to decide whether to adjust drilling parameters and replace the bit and circlip in the next time.
(3) If conditions permit, the washing circulation tank should be lengthened as far as possible, and the sedimentation tank should be increased to make the rock powder fully precipitate.
(4) Carefully fill in the record form of drill bit and reamer and drilling shift report.
