Rigid body material
At present, the main materials of diamond drill rigidbody in our country are DZ50/DZ40/45# steel, among which DZ40 is the most commonly used, and its cost performance is the highest. However, if some manufacturers apply more inferior steel than 45# steel as the raw material, it is very easy to reproduce the situation of rigid body cracking, in fact, the application of inferior steel is a very unwise choice, because a good rigid body and poor rigid body its cost difference is not more than 2 yuan. Therefore, generally no manufacturer will use poor quality rigid body.
Drilling operation
This is the main reason for the rigid body cracking of diamond bit. When drilling into some complex broken rock layers, pebble layers or stone filling layers, small stones accumulate in large quantities in the cavity of the bit, and the torque of up to 300 kg is applied by the drill. If the bit is not drilled or drilled slowly at this time, The constant squeezing of the gravel in the inner cavity is easy to crack the rigid body of the drill.
